Harbhajan Singh's suspension has left the Mumbai Indians without a captain. Harbhajan had been the stand-in captain of the Mumbai Indians for their first three matches after captain Sachin Tendulkar was out due to a groin injury. Shaun Pollock and Sanath Jayasuriya are the likely candidates to take over.

Bhajji's fate will be decided on Monday (April 28) by Match Referee Farokh Engineer but before that The Mumbai Indians are rudderless. The big question though is who will lead the team against the Deccan Chargers today (April 28).
Sachin Tendulkar is still recovering and is very much in doubt for today's match. Sources told that the toss up is between Sanath Jayasuriya and Shaun Pollock Both have captained their countries but without much success. But the Mumbai Indians hardly have any choice. The Mumbai Indians are hopeful that the Harbhajan issue will be settled amicably. But before that the challenge is to again set sail a rudderless ship.
